Amazon send out promo emails with no promo code

Even Amazon get things wrong… someone forgot to insert the promo_ID into this reward email sent this week to US customers who’d bought gift cards over $50.

However most important is that they rectified the problem - the correct email with the code inserted was sent a couple of days later with the subject line:
